Ancient Roman Multitool

Presumably this well-engineered silver device had some Latin name, but no one knows what that name is. The best-documented one was discovered as grave-goods in a tomb in Liguria. *Given that detailing and the thought and effort involved, clearly it's not the first or only of its kind. Also, there seem to be three of them existent today -- one in Britain, one in Italy and one in Bulgaria. They're not identical, but they're similar.
