signed, me, a desktop user with 64G of ram, and 16 ARM cores who watches sites take 15-30 seconds to load maybe maybe 1k of useful text content as they shudder and shiver, tremble and quake with megabytes of js frameworks fighting with each other, slow loading content so i can't even reliably click on things as they shimmer into position then skitter out of the way.
