I urge everyone to re-read and contemplate Willem Van Spronsen’s Final Statement with the context of Kilmar Abrego Garcia rendition to a concentration camp where people are being starved to death, the kidnaping and disappearance of anti-genocide activists, the detention of US born citizens, and the threat to expand El Salvador's concentration camp program to allow for the rendition and detention of thousands of American citizens.

Read it now, before anyone who dares to talk about it gets disappeared to a Central American death camp.

I've recently signed on with a very new XMR based market site similar to MoneroMarket & XMRBazaar called "Monero United":

I'm not a natural evangelist of these kinds of things, and I'm a skeptic of anything new out of practicality. But I'm impressed by one thing they've enabled... PGP-key Based 2FA.

I'm asked to submit a pubkey when I make an account. If 2FA is enabled, it gives me a verification code encrypted with my own pubkey on login, which I have to decrypt with my privkey & then submit to complete 2FA.

Maybe this has been done elsewhere, but this is the first time I've encountered it and I find it a very neat and elegant 2FA method compared to many alternatives.

Good morning Fedi friends!

So it is decided (and thank you for voting in yesterday's poll!)

I will create a series about "People of the Fediverse" - doing short, written interviews with fascinating people posting on here - across ages, nationalities and professions.

The impetus behind it? In a week I will start production of videos promoting the Fediverse and I won't have time anymore to write 2,000 word posts for . Q&As are more manageable for the next 2 months 😅

Maybe I could create an interview series on #TheFutureIsFederated about People of the Fediverse - doing Q&As with interesting people across fields..." 206 people participated in the poll. 98% voted for "Yes sounds good". 1% selected "No it doesn't interest me" and 1% voted for "Something like this already exists".
