Set a recurring calendar entry for calling my senators and representatives, sending in comments on policy proposals, figuring out where to march, etc. Hoping that if I allocate a specific time it'll help me panic less during, well, the rest of the day.
Every morning I wake up consumed with dread, anxiety, anger over what the Trump administration is doing. Keep reminding myself that I must channel that energy or it helps no one.

Plutarch wrote about how the bones of Theseus were revered as sacred relics which makes me think that if you had those bones and did a Dr. Frakenstien number on them you could then write a gossip column about who he dated and call it "Shipping Theseus"
