從小就看著雙親的臉色(心情)長大的人，會對「不對勁(緊張)的氣氛」及「他人的失控情緒」非常敏感，並且會不自覺的認為「自己必須做點什麼(是自己的責任)」，於是會無法控制的去主動關心那些帶有攻擊性及情緒不安定的人，並試著努力安撫他們的心情。

「讓別人心情變好是自己的責任」是世界上最可怕的詛咒。希望您能了解到，比起任何人，自己才是最重要的。
