重看溫德斯拍的紀錄片《尋找小津》被燒到，只好轉身去廚房弄個燒肉片，拿日式美乃滋加港式辣醬（絕讚）簡單吃一下。

溫德斯眼裡1983年的東京，從現在的角度來看實在魔幻，裡面有出現《我的完美日常》的錄音機，車內閃爍的螢幕。年輕的溫德斯旁白的嗓音，迷人程度遠超過最近新作的廁所片，某種程度上，東京在溫德斯的視線裡：四十年前/後，一直是情書等級的。

元朗一中學的女學生，指稱就讀中二至中四期間，被一名同班男同學性騷擾，包括收到對方提出性要求的訊息、在課堂上被觸碰背部及拉胸圍帶等，平機會昨（23日）代表事主入稟區域法院，指涉事男學生違反《性別歧視條例》，又指男學生遭投訴後，反斥責及孤立事主，以致部分同學加入斥責，事主因而出現抑鬱症狀、無法專注學業、體重更跌至40公斤以下，令本應充滿美好回憶的中學生活被破壞。事主要求男學生作書面道歉及賠償12萬元，另要求法庭命令男學生停止有關行為。

障害者雇用で働いているけど、賃金が低すぎて一人暮らし出来ない。会社の立場が上の人と話す機会があったから、給料あげて欲しい、住宅手当を出して欲しいって言ったけど無理だって。そもそも、障害者年金をもらえる前提で求人出すのやめて欲しい。貰えない人間からしたら、死活問題だし。しかも、年金がいつ止められるか分からないセーフティーネットにならない中で、雇用すら安定することを確約されない私たちって、マジどう生きれば良いんですか？って話よ。

...I have to sit with that.

But what I want to know is... Would you live for your country? Would you build for your children (and their children)? Would you help out your neighbor even if they don't follow your god?

Would you fix. Would you love. Would you grow, heal, and cherish for those around you?

Death is easy. Life is hard.

The greatest showing of love is to live and to help others live and to increase that quality of life.

Writing hacky little scripts that link together multiple APIs feels so cool. I've just written a python script that checks the Met Office's forecast for sunshine and then updates the inverter battery charge schedule depending on how much sunshine is predicted, so we don't export too much to the grid. I'm sure it could be a lot better but I'm pleased with it - my only other option until very recently was to go and manually press buttons on the inverter so this feels godly in comparison

There are a lot of things I hate about Microsoft Windows but I think my absolute least, least favorite is the thing where as you scrollwheel down a pane if the mouse happens to pass over a dropdown widget it will stop scrolling and change the value and if you happen to move the mouse like 1 pixel while this happens it *keeps scrolling* now you have no idea what you just changed or where or potentially even that you scrolled at all

Looking for some info/advice from non-CIS/Trans/etc Mastofolks. My 20 y/o daughter has recently been considering if she's trans. I of course support her in anything she does, but "maybe" is not a good option for this kind of life-altering decision. She is an adult and can do whatever she wants obviously, but this is the kind of thing to be absolutely sure about, not "maybe." Looking for resources, advice, whatever, both for myself and things I can gently suggest to her to maybe help her figure things out. (FWIW - dear friend of mine's F2M child just started HRT after years of therapy and discussion, so I'm somewhat familiar with the sort of thing that maybe should go into a decision like this.)
