我突然明白了，重點是要把自己當遊戲的主人公一樣，遊戲的選項可能會影響劇情走向，但他人是他人，自己是自己。把事情搞砸的時候思考的是自己的決定怎麼影響自己的發展、後續的分支劇情跟身心狀態（血條）。
所以以前我總是用「譴責自己」當作進步方式其實是錯誤的，這是用負面情緒壓著自己前進，實際上我需要的是「方法」讓自己避免更多錯誤。這不意味著躺平不前進，而是為了前進所以放棄一些需要消耗在管理情緒上的力量，把力量分到了解自己需要什麼能力這件事情上面。
我的錯誤應該用什麼方法彌補？這是一個問題。我對犯錯的對象的在乎會導致自己自然而然的情緒產生。我要一邊告訴自己「我已經很棒了」、「情緒是無可避免的」，一邊透過他者給予的回饋瞭解大約的各項能力值/好感值。就跟GAL裡面總會出現的好友NPC一樣。
