跟老婆看了youtuber寫香港DSE考題的影片之後，突然可以理解客戶部分需求的原因和邏輯

香港考試的非選題非常重視列出─引用─說明這個模式的回答方式，我目前身邊遇到的香港人也幾乎都有這個能力：首先表達目的/原因，接著是這些東西的出處，可能來自客戶或上層或某些考量，接著說明從出處到標的的過程或任何因應措施，這三個環節一個不漏
