I’m so looking forward to getting home after 6 weeks away, filled with rehab treatments for me and radiation treatments for my wife. Got to see family and friends in So Cal and that took the edge off a bit…but still, it gets pretty tiring.

WHAT...Water levels 1 to 2 feet above the normal highest tide line. Breaking waves of 3 to 6 feet along the Kuskokwim Bay and Etolin Strait shoreline.

WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta coast, including Kongiganak, Kwigillingok, and Kipnuk.

WHEN...From 9 AM to 2 PM AKDT Monday, during high tide.

IMPACTS...High water levels in coastal communities. Minor beach erosion is possible.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong southerly winds and high waves will move in from the Bering Sea Sunday night, leading to a surge of water moving onshore. However, the peak in wind and waves will occur around the time of low tide. Persistent southerly winds will cause water levels to continue to rise for the high tide late Monday morning through early afternoon, at which time coastal villages can expect the highest water levels. Flooding is not expected.

My current situation...

I just posted in my Facebook (private so only family close friends see), asking the relatives for help... Relatives I usually do not get along with, to a point of being traumatized by some of their expectations, but I'm out of better options. Heat pain or trauma... I'm going with the latter, if possible. Less painful option of my temporary situation.

Situation Details: My driver is missing (I attempted to file a missing persons report, but cops wont do it for unknown reasons). I am painfully hot and worried about possible heat stroke. AC repairs have no ETA (assumed Tuesday, based on maintenance schedules). I would bring my own pillow, entertainment too, but I would need food, and a ride to pick me up. I have my own drinks for several days. I'd do my best to obey your house rules (because sitting in this 'growing warmer' apartment is much worse, potentially deadly) If my BFF wasn't missing, I wouldn't be making this post. Any help?
