There is apparently a #curl version you can install with winget on Windows.
But who makes it and who decides how to build it? I don't know. And it isn't easy to figure that out either.

あの備蓄米って販売業者によって名前付けて販売するみたいな感じなんだね。アイリスは「和の輝き」って名前付いてるみたい。政府の政策的な問題によって米の小売価格が高騰して緊急的な対応として本来備蓄しているべきものを放出したのに「和の輝き」。
あれに殺到して行列を作る人達は、通販で買うために画面に張り付く人達は、「なぜ我々はこんな満足に米も買えない状況に追い込まれなきゃいけないのか。なぜ米を買うのにこんな努力を強いられないといけないのか。」という事をちょっとは考えて欲しい。
ドンキホーテは「四季の彩り」（日経新聞）もしくは「和一善」（東京新聞）らしい。「和の輝き」だろうが「四季の彩り」だろうが「和一善」だろうが、まずもってネーミングに腹が立つのだが。ホワイトウォッシュしやがって。「放出備蓄米」にしろや。という感じにイライラしている。
