I posted this last week, asking for users to fill out a silly little survey:

social.coop/@Yhg1s/11457731927

I got quite a few responses! Almost 300 at this point. I can use this! It'll be hilarious! I can still use more answers, though, because some of the answers are much more spread out than I expected, even after cleaning up and consolidating. I hope with a few more responses I get more obvious standouts answers.

Please fill out the survey if you haven't :)

Flicked through some local facebook groups & there's a bunch of people asking about coding schools because their previous jobs are no longer viable (e.g., work taken by AI, or lack of employment opportunities).

Perhaps the sadder part is that they probably don't realize these tech schools won't really help them land a job because practically no one is hiring junior staff, because of wanting experienced people or because those jobs can be done by AI.

Opera launched Neon, a "fully agentic browser" it's been working on for 2 years. My one complaint about these Agent Browser ideas is that they always use the "let the agent plan a trip for you!" usecase. Most humans do not make trips like this. It's such an edgecase. What's the killer usecase for the everyman? thurrott.com/cloud/web-browser

[遭Chrome移除信任 中華電:7/31前發行憑證不受影響⸺中央社](cna.com.tw/news/afe/2025060202)

//不知道怎麼回事。中華電信不是小公司,出這種問題好像不太應該。
