最近心情平靜，深刻體會到什麼叫「少即是多」。看著前公司的酒局，業務總離不開吃喝嫖賭酒色財氣，曾經我也身在其中，但那一直不是我喜歡的生活。現在每天生活作息正常，養成運動規律感恩良好飲食習慣，雖然暫時很窮，但生活變得簡單，反而容易滿足。不停追逐金錢、權利，名聲，會讓生活一直感覺很匱乏，如同飲鴆止渴。我想比起那些，生活重質不重量，對知的渴望及對卓越的追求才是真正的生命之泉。
