@nlswrnrNils I think you need to look at this the following way: the utility is very high (it's not just "certain situations"). As a result this will continue to grain traction. If you are worried about the effects it has on humanity, the way to shape it to the better will not be by opting out and standing on the sidelines. It's going to be by engaging with it faithfully.
There might be negative effects, I'm not denying them. I will however say that I think the actual negative effects that will come from it might be non obvious today, and the ones we are discussing right now might not be a particularly big deal in the grand scheme of things.
