When Drake (my doggo) passed away in Feb, our friends hosted a party
They gave us a framed pic of him, and pointed to their karaoke, and said I should sing a song for him
I did
2 weeks later I bought a karaoke machine
We hosted a few parties since then, and everyone says they don't want to sing, then they suddenly won't get off the mic 🤣

excited to start using the bridgy fed bridge and be able to follow bluesky people. feels too manual of a process to be a natural way for people to find and follow each other, would be excellent if the cross-federation was more transparent.
i understand (partially) why they've done it with through this double consent method but it seems also the main reason it feels so awkward.
also exciting is Wafrn (tumblr-like server) which is natively dual account type, AP and bluesky simultaneously

This is my current home server: an old Qotom Mini PC (i7, 16GB RAM, running FreeBSD) and an external SSD are placed on a green wire mesh shelf, which is actually a repurposed bird cage, to aid in cooling the devices.

now i spend half an hour debugging ninjatracing and why it would throw exceptions when i wanted it to embed the clang -ftime-trace information.
Welp - modern CMake generates files like CXXModules.json which also get put into .ninja_log.
PR is out but the project hasn’t been touched in some time but maybe someone else can have some use from it. Analyzing build-times with clang+ninja is incredibly nice (you get free perfetto UI!)
