원래 호토모에는 모든 유저들이 커모지를 수정할 수 있었기 때문에 제가 정리정돈을 한들 다시 무질서 해질것이 분명했기 때문에 따로 건드리질 않았는데
언제부턴가 화이트리스트 방식으로 바뀌었더군요
그래서 서버장님께 관리권한 받고 슬쩍 관리해보려고 합니다

Is there a name for the thing where people are off by 2 hours when converting between 24 and 12 hour clocks? Like seeing 1504 and thinking 5:04pm? (Presumably because of the 5?)

This seems like the kind of thing that some psychologist/mathematician academics might've come up with a fun name for, but I can't find one.

(Question bought to you from a busy and chaotic St Pancras where people are waiting for the delayed 1504 and the on-time 1704 and lots of people on the wrong platforms...)
