We replaced 
@mozilla Firefox’s QUIC UDP I/O stack with a modern memory-safe implementation using quinn-udp. Instead of limited and dated system calls like sendto and recvfrom, Firefox now uses modern OS specific system calls across all major platforms, resulting in HTTP/3 QUIC throughput improvements when CPU bound, and enabling QUIC ECN support across all major platforms.

So for most of this year the official C# dotnet packages have not worked on Debian 13/Trixie (former "unstable"). For the least couple months I've been entirely unable to tell if Debian 13 is supported.

My current experience is that there is no official Debian 13 package or documented support, but the Debian 12 packages work on Debian 13. Microsoft keeps closing github bugs without clarification. Separately, Powershell may or may not be broken.

산업 연구 쪽에 계신 분이 노르드스트림 모두 날아간 후 앞으로 독일은 경제 회복하기 쉽지 않을 것이라고 하시길래, 이유를 물었더니 중화학공업쪽이 모두 러시아 가스에 의존하고 있었고 이제 그 섹터들이 모두 쪼들릴텐데 성장이 가능하겠냐고 답하신 적이 있다. 친환경 선진국이라는 홍보에 속지 말라고 했었는데 그 말이 옳았다. 그래도 그나마 독일이니까 이 정도로 버티고 있다고 봐도 될 정도다.
