밴 헤일런(Van Halen)이 공연할 때 공연계약서에 '백스테이지에는 M&M이 있어야 하고, 갈색 M&M이 있을 경우 계약은 취소되며 전액 보상된다'라고 썼다는데 이것도 비슷한 이유라고 하네요. 백스테이지에 갈색 M&M이 보이면 업체가 계약서를 제대로 안 읽었다는 뜻이고, 그럴 때마다 무대를 다시 점검해보면 문제가 발견됐대요. 무거운 음향장비가 넘어져서 사람이 다칠 수 있는만큼 저런 게 중요한 역할을 했대요. x.com/EconFacttree...

Every time I put down my phone and pick it back up, if Firefox was running, half the page is now obscured by a big-ass red "HELLO AI CAN AI YOUR AI, CLICK HERE FOR AI" popup

How do I disable this, other than throw my phone in the pool?

I think the thing that kills me so much about the whole Rails thing is that the Rails community that *I* have experienced is full of people who seem to genuinely care about other people and the work they do. The community, aside from the obvious leadership issues and a few bad actors, really matured while I was actively a part of it. We demanded better inclusion and a lot of people really took that to heart.
