@seol2 이게 Morality라는 서양 철학 개념을 "도덕"이라고 번역한 게 일본이긴 했는데, 서양의 Morality를 동아시아의 "도덕"이라고 해석하기에는 맞아떨어지지 않는 부분이 많아서 영어를 다시 가져온 거라고 하네요.

도덕성이라고 하면 좀더 국가 도덕이나 사회적 규범을 의미하는 경향이 많다고 합니다.
