I have a very exciting announcement to make that I've been sitting on for a while!

✨ I'm moving to the Netherlands ✨

Yes, really! I'll be there in November and I'm looking forward to immigrating to Europe.

Don't worry, I pinky promise to learn the languages and not be one of "those" Americans :)

This does mean that I'm parting ways with my current company and taking a new role

It's bittersweet, I really enjoyed what I did! Helping design some incredibly next generation tech involving zero trust, hypervisors, and planet scale was thrilling. Luckily, it's in good hands. I wish them the best!

One thing that was important to me was finding a company that I truly believed in and a role that felt right. I didn't want to just bail out of the US and take the first thing that came my way, you know?

But this opportunity? I'm vibrating levels of excited about it. I feel fortunate beyond belief.

I can't wait to make the most of the opportunities that are about to unfold. We're going to be doing some very exciting things. I'll do my best to take you all on the journey with me, too

I'll share more details when I can, but if you imagined the world's most Hazel-shaped role… You'd be right!
