저는 제 상태가 좀 이상하다 싶으면(너무 우울하거나 너무 화가 나거나 등등... 감정상태가 요동칠때) 제가 왜 이런 상태인지 하나씩 체크해봅니다. 잠을 잘 잤는가? 밥을 어떻게 먹었는가? 생리어플 확인 날씨확인(너무 춥거나 덥거나 습하거나 건조해도 호르몬에 문제가 생김) 스케줄 체크(해야할 일이 있는가? 해야할 일이 없는가? 일을 미루고 있는가?) 감정을 그냥 온전히 느낄 줄도 알아야 하는데 감정에 너무 휘둘리기 싫달까요... 저는 제 감정도 제가 목줄을 잡고 있어야 마음이 편해지더라고요.
