A cruelty of aging is that no activity is safe. I somehow injured my groin/hip last night… getting up out of a chair!?! I don’t even know how. Any leg motion in an arcing fashion, that is to say not directly forward, caused such pain that I was reduced to hobbling about. I despaired that my return to #running was over just as I’d begun to think a normalcy was settling in.
This morning, I woke to find the pain had almost entirely subsided. I think I’ll rest another day, but there is hope again.

Ich bin selbst Patienty und medizinisches Cannabis macht mich eingeschränkt alltagsfähig. Ohne kann ich nicht Essen und habe starke Schmerzen. Da ich ländlich wohne, bin ich auf eine Versandapotheke angewiesen. Die Änderung würde meine medizinische Versorgung quasi unmöglich machen.
