So reMarkable e-ink tablets just had their 100 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy halved to 50 days, and this morning announced a 30% price hike in the nearly-mandatory cloud service. I’m so glad I sent mine back within the trial period. Beautiful hardware when it works, but they seem to have turned the corner into profits-above-all mode. Too bad. I really, really wanted to love their gear.

@pouchdb is looking to move from Jekyll to another static site generator type, preferably JS based.
Our overarching concern with this is that it is low maintenance.
We had to maybe patch things twice in over ten years of Jekyll use, otherwise we could simply add new pages as desired and go on with our lives. We should not have to do any updates to our website just because a new version of the generator came out.
We mainly need markdown to html conversion, easy to install across different platforms, and again, low low low maintenance.
