ジェネリック型つきのコンポーネントの場合、関数の型引数という形で動的な型の定義を行うため、外部からpropsとemitsを提供するラッパーを作るとなるとこれらの型引数を取り出さないといけないが、現状TSでそのようなことはできない
とはいえこれ自体は言語仕様にあたるためVueが悪いとかそういうことではなく、同じアプローチをほかのフレームワークでやったらどっちにしろ踏むものになると思われる
