Let me show off my last project: ediaf an extensible digital frame.

It started, some months ago, as a simple replacement for my alarm clock but it became soon a serious, pathological, over-engineering case that features: moon phase calculator, English dictionary, weather forecast and music player. And all of these are extensions installed from its package manager (also an extension! 😅).

And yes an alarm clock is available too! 😉

If your cargo-deny runs are failing this morning, it’s because we merged an advisory with v4 CVSS rating which only recently became supported in rustsec 0.31 (released 15 days ago). Fix submitted in github.com/EmbarkStudios/cargo, workaround in github.com/rustsec/advisory-db.

@blabberliciousSteve Williams I keep meaning to move away from Photoshop, but i'm sooo slow at GIMP and other stuff doing manips, and it's not that they can't do things, it's the sheer overcoming of muscle memory and baked in knowledge. I could drop lightroom like *that* though.

I was going to cancel my CC this month and they offered me it again for a year for about 80% off and I just went "oh I can learn a FOSS version this year"

But I said that last year too.

I've been there, too. But the idea that my work is being held to ransom by a corporation sickens me, so I made the switch. Never been a better time, if you combine with Affinity.

I'm all in on Darktable. It's superb for organising and grading photos. The next release is almost out, which includes a game changing AGX tone mapping module. Watch what it can do here: crazy good (Boris also a great learning channel, he's a master of his art).

내가 좋아하는 술은 기네스 맥주와 버번. 맥주는 필스너 우르켈도 좋아한다. 와인은 좋아한다고 하기엔 잘 모르겠다.; 차는 섬세한 게 좋지만 술은 역시 맛이 진해야 좋다.
