如果說直男先生的直言直語，曾經說過什麼讓我奉為圭臬的話
那應該是在交往初期，某次一起用餐的時候，他望著不自覺急匆匆吃飯（醫院員工的職業病？）的我，忽然握住我拿筷子的手，說：
「欸妳慢慢吃好不好？都下班了。」
我：「蛤？」
直：「不是啊，這樣吃飯對胃不好吧，妳為什麼不善待自己？」
直：「😮💨……妳要先對自己好，才懂得怎麼對別人好，知道嗎？」

多年後的現在，我終於調整到只有在值班才會快速幹飯，平時徐徐品嚐美食，是「懂得對自己好」的步調。
而已經成為老公的爹系大直男，仍會不時在我耳畔碎碎唸：
「喜歡什麼就去做，做什麼會讓妳有自信就去做，讓自己開心就對了。」
「一定要先對自己好，才會懂怎麼對別人好。」
直男不開口叫寶寶也從不說愛，但他的照顧，卻時刻提醒著我：
