Job Description: The RoleYou will drive open source adoption across European energy infrastructure by nurturing relationships with system operators, regulators, and policymakers to help deliver affordable, reliable, safe, and clean energy. This means translating technical capabilities into business value, identifying regulatory barriers, and creating pathways for organizations to contribute to and deploy LF Energy projects. The work combines strategic engagement with hands-on execution. You will organize workshops and events, represent LF Energy at industry conferences, facilitate special interest groups, and oversee funded technical development with subcontractors. You will partner with Linux Foundation teams to document successes and build thought leadership. You will track adoption metrics and report on community growth.This is a two-year, full-time position reporting to the Executive Director of LF Energy, with potential for extension based on funding availability and performance.Location and Work ArrangementsRemote position based in Europe. This role requires frequent travel throughout Europe (up to 30%) to attend events, facilitate workshops, and meet with stakeholders.
