Agents of Groove is finally out! This is the first game for which I've done programming, design, writing AND music, over the course of *checks notes* close to three years!? I hope it will resonate with someone, but inevitably this is a huge milestone either way, and it'll always be special to me.

주택의 임차인이 제3자에 대한 대항력을 갖춘 후 임차주택의 소유권이 양도되어 그 양수인이 임대인의 지위를 승계하는 경우에는, 임대차보증금의 반환채무도 부동산의 소유권과 결합하여 일체로서 이전하는 것이므로 양도인의 임대인으로서의 지위나 보증금반환채무는 소멸하는 것이고, 대항력을 갖춘 임차인이 양수인이 된 경우라고 하여 달리 볼 이유가 없으므로 대항력을 갖춘 임차인이 당해 주택을 양수한 때에도 이때인의 보증금반환채무는 소멸하고 양수인인ㅇ 임차인이 임대인의 자신에 대한 보증금반환채무를 인수하게 되어, 결국 임차인의 보증금반환채권은 혼동으로 인하여 소멸하게 된다.
