What is Hackers' Pub?

Hackers' Pub is a place for software engineers to share their knowledge and experience with each other. It's also an ActivityPub-enabled social network, so you can follow your favorite hackers in the fediverse and get their latest posts in your feed.

Is there a project that takes tree-sitter grammars and parses them without like skipping over the 40 megabytes of C code generated? I think for some use cases, you might want to care more about bundle size than you would care about runtime performance.

If you build unsafe software, and then suffer the consequences of that software being unsafe, that's not on the people who reported you for distributing horrible shit, that's on you for not thinking about the safety of your product.

"Oh, well you could've privately told me my software was unsafe" — you launched it that way and didn't bother with safety, no one owes you anything. It's not like baseline safety measures like blocking known horrendous content is a novel problem never faced before.
