葵涌廣場一間二手書店早前發生店員與警員衝突，涉事22歲巴基斯坦裔男店員被指以流利廣東話辱罵警員，其後被控公眾地方擾亂秩序及襲警。案件今（5日）在西九龍裁判法院再訊，辯方申請押後答辯，裁判官批准案件押後至明年1月21日，被告續准保釋。
被告王志輝（KHAN, ADEEL，22歲，售貨員）被控於2025年8月27日在葵涌廣場2樓一間書店外，大聲叫囂，意圖或可能導致社會安寧受破壞；他亦被指在同一地點襲擊編號25443的姓黃警員。
案發片段曾在網上流傳，可見一名非華裔男子以流利廣東話向警員粗言辱罵，包括稱「你老X，傻仔！毅進仔你收皮，讀多啲書啦！」。期間雙方音量逐漸升高，引來市民圍觀，警方其後重申警告並指若拒不合作會拘捕。
片段所見，男子其後取出身份證並高聲表示「我香港市民嚟㗎！香港出世呀！」。畫面亦顯示有警員以手接觸其手臂，男子情緒轉趨激動，回應「唔好以為著制服就大X晒呀你！」。其後警員向隨身攝錄器報出時間及編號，並宣布拘捕。

@tazgetroetetaz Wir sollten Dobrindt abschieben und die Frauen bitte hier behalten. Es ist unfassbar, was auf dessen Mist hin alles passieren kann in Deutschland. Wir haben Terroristen im Land, die ganz bequem in einem Konsulat wohnen dürfen, unbehelligt, Daten über Menschen sammeln dürfen, die vor diesen Terroristen fliehen mussten. Die Daten werden genutzt, um den Menschen und ihren Familien zu schaden. Was ist das für eine Politik, die das erlaubt?
