'd also note they already invalidated Section 3 that says that you can't hold federal office if you engaged in insurrection against the United States. These are not judges impartially applying the law. They are racist despots who despise American progress. (3/3)
The 14th Amendment says that all people born in America, regardless of race are citizens and have a right to equal protection under the law.
