そんゆか式 韓国チキンのレシピ

鶏もも肉をちょうどいい大きさに切り分けて、まず味付け。鶏もも肉の重さに対し1%の塩でしっかり塩味。これを基準にお好みで加減を。ここへ今日は、コリアンダーパウダーとクミン、おろしにんにく、コショウ、料理酒をかけて揉み込み5分ほど放置。韓国チキンみたいなごりごりっとしたサクサク衣にしたい場合は、お肉に粉をまぶした上で、更に粉を水で溶いた衣を和えて揚げる。衣は今日は片栗粉と小麦粉1：5くらいで作り、ホットケーキのタネくらいの粘度にした。美味しそうな色合いを出すため、ターメリックも少々入れた。味付けして寝かせておいたお肉に小麦粉をかけ、さっと和えて粉をまぶし、更に水で溶いた衣もかけて合える。180℃の油で5分くらい揚げ、一旦引き上げる。5分ほど休ませたあと、200℃の油で見た目がちょうどこんがりきつね色になるまで揚げる。これで火の通り具合も完璧なはず！

私の価値観だと、未成年時の犯行によって30年後でも引退レベルの代償を伴う必要があるのは、殺人や性暴力事件である場合。彼が俳優業やユンソギョル批判、独立運動を称える活動によって社会的な尊敬を集めることで、被害者が精神的にダメージを受けるのは当然だから。
でも本人は性暴力については完全否定している。その主張が本当だったら？
そして、犯罪をおかして今立ち直ろうとしている韓国の少年たちに、この光景はどう見えるのか。今後どれだけ努力して成功しても、過去を暴かれたら結局は一瞬ですべて消えてしまうんだ、もう自分はこれから努力したって反省したって意味がないんだと、そんなふうに感じないだろうか。

Now that it's consistently below freezing we can experiment with making ice outside. First attempt with a shallow plastic cylinder, but only the top and sides really froze after 12 hours.
Last year I used a little goat cheese “pyramid” container and got a wide variety of results (2nd & 3rd photo). I think distilled water produces the clearest ice. No idea on what causes the spiky air bubbles.

I've improved federation support for Lemmy and other servers that support FEP-1b12 Group Federation.

I had to increase the number of available file descriptors on my personal server 4x because of the resultant inbound volume of ActivityPub activities! I liked a federated post and DOSed my server.
