昔住んでた学生寮で別の日本人の女の子が「ホームレスが寮の中庭のゴミ捨て場を漁ってるのが不快だから鍵をかけたほうがいい」って職員に言ってて、職員の人といっしょに「誰が好き好んでゴミを漁ると思うの？なんでその人の事情を慮ってあげないの？」と話した。
実際、ホームレスの人は複数いたけど、学生がいるときは気遣って中庭から離れてるし、話しかけられたこともない。私には善良な、ただ困り事を抱えた人にしか見えなかったよ。

After discovering nixos-anywhere and colmena, it seems like a much easier path than maintaining my own Debian based image, and applying ad-hoc conversation via ansible
I will still need ansible for Wireguard and k3s credentials, but that makes the whole infrastructure much more unified and deterministic
