Is there a Mastodon app or something that will hide posts without alt text?

Edit: Not a visual cue. That defeats the purpose for people on a screen reader. I am wanting something that hides the post. I have been given a page to tag and a bot can come help, so that's super helpful and I will use that! (And not follow ppl who don't use/share with alt text. 🤷‍♀️)

I know there is a browser app but I mostly use social media from my phone.
