北京一宗於2022年發生的寵物犬投毒案件，經歷多年追責後，周四（11日）迎來關鍵裁決。北京市朝陽區人民法院溫榆河人民法庭就案件作出一審宣判，被告張志華因投放危險物質罪，被判處有期徒刑4年，並於庭上即時提出上訴。案件被視為北京首宗成功立案並判刑的寵物中毒刑事公訴案，對內地動物權益保障具指標意義。
案件源於2022年9月，北京朝陽區暢頤園社區內發生連環毒犬事件。當日共有11隻寵物狗中毒，當中9隻死亡。受害犬之一為李女士飼養、13歲的西高地白梗犬Papi。李女士指出，警方調查後確認涉案毒物為氟乙酸鈉，檢方亦在一審中證實，多隻死亡犬隻屍檢結果均驗出該成分。
案發半個月後，警方拘捕與李女士居於同一社區的疑犯張志華。案件最初多次面臨立案困難，最終於2023年1月5日，以涉嫌投放危險物質罪正式立案並移送檢察機關。其後，李女士聯同其餘10名受害犬主提出民事索償，案件於2023年10月26日開庭審理，惟未有即時宣判，至今歷經近3年2個月才有結果。

One of the most frustrating things about the internet is when you go to a community of experts with a very specific question and all the responses you get are, instead of answering the question, contorting the context into knots so they can make up a reason why you don't need an answer to the very specific question
I can only encourage you all to use #hashtags more often. I discover so many great accounts simply because they appear in my feed among the hashtags I subscribe to! I also would never have discovered some organisations otherwise. #Hashtags bring you your favourite content but also the audience that likes your topics or lives in your region/town.

소위 기술 중소기업이 인력배분을 어떻게 하느냐면요... 기업부설연구소를 간판만 달아놓은 뒤 일반 직원 상당수를 "연구원"으로 올립니다. 연구소가 가점요인이거나 필수인 사업에서는 전원이 연구인력으로 계산되고, 그외 통상사업에서는 전원 현업에 종사합니다. 가끔은 회계팀 직원도 연구원이거나 합니다 (...)
집중 연구인력에 한정한다는 핑계가 퍽이나 잘 돌아가겠습니다.
