Oh holy moly

Google translate has moved from translating words to predictive text translation

It now gives me redacted texts, in which all the interesting bits have been strained out

Also, numbers are translated as random numbers. A two might be a twelve. They’re both numbers, right?

Yesterday’s version sped me up. Today I’ll have to revert to the slower but at least factually accurate read-it-myself-in-the-original

Sigh.

@kepano Hey! I recently read your post on how you manage your vault. Really inspiring.

How do you make sure new notes that belong in the reference folder actually end up there? Creating a new note drops it into a long list of unsorted files. How do you clean that up?

Good morning! For this I want to share this path with you.

I was on my way down and when I entered the fog, temperature really dropped. Actually I didn't want to stop or slow down in order to avoid cooling out.

But at this spot I had to take a quick break for a quick photo to capture the memories of this day. It would have been smart to utilize the break to put on an additional layer - but I wasn't THAT smart ;-)

【BUILT-IN PRO 電器專門店特約】美國佛羅里達州薩拉索塔郡近日出現驚險一幕，一條長約3米的鱷魚闖入當地一間便利店，在店內四處徘徊，嚇煞顧客及職員。警方接報後到場處理，經多人合力成功將鱷魚制服並帶離現場，事件中無人受傷。

Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office在社交平台發布行動片段，可見多名警員以繩索套住鱷魚的頭頸位置，鱷魚期間不停左右擺動，試圖掙脫。警員與捕鱷人員合力將其拖上貨車，隨後安全運離。

警方表示，涉事鱷魚身長約3.12米，於北河路（North River Road）一間便利店被發現，屬薩拉索塔郡兩周內第二宗鱷魚出沒事故。當局提醒居民，近期天氣及環境因素或增加野生動物進入市區的情況，呼籲市民一旦發現鱷魚，應立即報警處理，切勿自行接近。

薩拉索塔郡警方亦提到，上周才處理另一宗更驚人的鱷魚事件，一條長約4.26米、重約272公斤的巨型鱷魚被捕，當時需動員7名警員及一名專業捕鱷人員合力應對，足見當地近期鱷魚活動頻繁。
