A friend asked for a list of mastodon instances. Anyone has a favorite list they go to in this situation?
I know of joinmastodon.org/servers, but there are some weird choices there, so I wonder if there are other, more curated, lists.

一般人聽起來，可能是奇怪的煩惱，
但今天醫生確實幫我把安眠藥的劑量加重了，
雖然是不同的原因，
但每天起床張開眼卻常是一樣的感受啊。
近期重新換了一家診所，
這個醫生好很多，
至少是比較能接住患者的情緒，
希望療程也確實會好很多。
