1、除了晚上洗澡之外，我隔天起床要出門前我還會額外熱水清水淋浴過一次，去除油脂皮屑的體味。

2、香水，冬天我用煙草木質調，其他季節用桂花茶香調，甚至我的腳在穿上襪子前還會灑爽身粉，我是唯一在辦公室做到零體味還有香氣的男人。

3、妮維雅的乳霜我大概從大學用到現在，畢竟我知道青春年華易逝，會保養的話就會在五六年後顯出差異，我也定時大概一個月去一次粉刺。

4、健身，即時有的時候因為大病初癒或受傷沒辦法去健身房，我還是會長程散步。

5、營養品的部分，我是照著清水健他的自傳的方式吃的，所以理論上我比同年齡動一下就喘的肥宅大叔體能還要好上不少，我自己是馬卡加上左旋精胺酸一起吃。
