I decided against using a program tonight based on the author's email address, with a domain of an email service associated with a white supremicist

twice this week I've decided not to purchase stuff from online stores because they're using an ecommerce platform owned by someone in who made it to round 2 of that “Worst Person in Tech" poll that was going around

I miss not having to care about these things, yet, I must care about them

ヒツジさん、プログラムをチュートリアルのや本で学ぶのが嫌いなんだけど、理由が分かった。模写・書写が嫌いくさいな。

今チュートリアルの完成コードをコピペしてClaude Codeと一緒に改造する作業をしてるんだけど、こっちのほうがよっぽど楽しいや。

双極性障害の人をたくさんフォローしたはずなので、投稿が多いアカウントを見ると｢躁転か。下らない買い物で破産しないでね」と思うし、投稿がなくなると｢チャージ中か…」と思う。

躁な人は威勢はいいけど多動とかになって大したことできないので、傍観して関わらないようにしてます。

심지어 문항이 사진이어도 아니면 이름들이어도 어려워
이름들이면 LLM한테 파훼당하겠지만..
어차피 칼같은 구분이 없으니까 경향성으로 판단하면 되고 (원래캅챠도이렇게함)

Pixelfed has too many half-baked features like Groups, Live Streaming and Parental Controls.

Abstracting them into Laravel Packages will make their development easier, while no longer constraining core development.

My goal for Pixelfed in 2026 is to focus on our core features, improve media format support, make installation easier, and resolve some annoying long standing federation issues.

I am pleased that I switched from to @Vivaldi but the one thing I can’t quite understand is if Mozilla is building AI themselves, offering an open source alternative for developers, why on earth are they not building it into the browser?

I appreciate some people might say, they would be pushing their own models on users, but not if it was just an option. It might do something to steer the “hate” away since Mozilla AI seems to be based on open and diverse inclusion,

Perhaps their AI Window will feature this as an option, I just find it a bit odd.

I do use AI for work, but not beyond that, so serves me well.

So, in general, you totally can do volatile, it's usually just encapsulated a bit in Rust. You could absolutely do: let a: u32 = unsafe { (0x4000_0100 as *const u32).read_volatile() }; we just don't normally do it like that directly.
