RFC9728を使うということになってますね。XRPCプロキシとしてのentrywayはatproto外なので、そっちが目的ならbsky.social以外(多分存在しない)で通用するとは限りませんが。 https://atproto.com/specs/oauth#server-metadata ちなみにPDSを入力させるのはメールアドレスでもログインできるようにという話なので、OAuthに移行したら無くなりそうです。
