There are three developments since 2019 that have significantly improved my life as a developer:
- SwiftUI. SwiftUI in 2019 was a game changer and while I can use UIKit without an issue, SwiftUI makes iOS dev more enjoyable for me.
- LLMs: Controversial but while I do not promote vibecoding, I believe LLMs can be used responsibly. They have found their place in my workflow and have helped me write code faster.
- SQLiteData

릭과 예현(갑자기 캐해를 함)(블배)
'릭은 예현을 어려워한다'와 '릭과 예현은 동기였으면 잘 지냈을 것'이라는 두 문장이 둘 다 참이려거든, 대체 뭐여야 할까 좀 고민했단 말임. 표면상으로는 계급장 문제일텐데, 릭이? 얘가?? 왜??? 계급장 상명하달 싫고 못 건뎠으면 배저 못하잖냐 싶어서...(처음엔 막연히 최고상사, 조직내 절대명령권을 가진 1인이라는 점 때문에?했음. 생각하고도 팟!하는 감이 안 왔고)
근데 방금 뭐 하나 떠올림.
예현 후임으로 스카가 내정된 거나 다름이 없는데
스카는 내가 알기로 총사령관직에 오르는 걸 꽤... 두려워하고, 이걸 폼폼즈 나머지는 알 거라고 생각해. 곧잘 밥 먹고 술 마시면서 이야기 나오겠지.
그러니까 내 친구가 그 자리에 오르지 않았으면 좋겠다는 지극히 인간적이고 팔안굽인 생각을 할법하다고 봄.
근데 리카르도 소르디는 되게 결벽한 구석이 강한 인간이고 덤으로 예민하고 민감하고 섬세한 인간임.
즉, 릭은 예현이 죽고싶어하는 사람인 줄도 알고 그 자리가 본래 심성에는 안 맞을 수 있는 자리라는 게 보일 거란 말이지.
위를 종합하면, 안 맞는 자리에서 겉모양만 멀쩡히(심지어 일 잘 함) 애쓰는 사람을 자기 이기심으로 오래오래 해줬으면 좋겠다-는 생각을 품고 있고 이걸 자기가 접지 못하리란 걸 알아서, 본인 결벽으로 인해 예현 대하기가 껄끄러워지는 거.
이게 좀 더 (적어도 김가온 유니버스에선) 느낌이 왔어.

Just checked my Google search traffic stats, and boy this is becoming grim for web publishers: Clicks Per Impression for Cybercultural is down to an all-time low of 0.37 (was as high as 2.24 in mid-2024). BUT search impressions is at an all-time high, and still climbing as I continue to post new articles. The problem, as the chart with the blue line shows, is that click-thrus flatlined last year and in December began to dip again. This will only get worse this year, as AI Mode really kicks in.
