I've been very unimpressed with 
@indivisibleteamIndivisible's local chapters.
For a start there's multiple groups overlapping my area, then they're facebook groups - which is just gross, then to join you have to answer a purity quiz, then no-one bothers to accept you (or you failed the test), so you do it again, and this time manage to join the group… then the group gets deleted.
I mean… i want to do something to help and stay aware of what's happening so i can protest.

❌ Not a mainstream social network
✅ A long-term, boring, necessary piece of the internet

If you’re building for values, resilience, public good, or decades-long timelines — it’s worth it.

But rather than block and run away, shouldn't we try and address the issues in the standard?

Me preparing for my shift at work
This delightful middle-aged bean has been with me for just over a year now. He has gone from a timid, shaky little kit, jumping nigh out of his skin when I toot or the washing machine clacks, and who hid under the bed at the horror of post being delivered, to the rightful lord of this small manor. He relishes the thought of attacking feet and likes to snuggle in to his captive servant.
