리) 사형은 말그대로 생명을 박탈하는 것이 그 목적이고....

그래서 사형수는 징역형이 아니라서 노역을 할 의무도 없습니다. 엄격하게 구분해서 말하면 기결수도 아니고요.

다만... 여러가지 이유로 사형 집행을 못하는 것이 현실적인 상황이고.... 제도 상 가석방 대상이 될 수는 있는 무기징역1)과 달리 가석방 대상이 될 수 없고 사면 외의 방법으로 나올 방법이 없어서 사실 상의 석방 불가능한 무기형으로 보는 것이 일반적이기는 합니다.

1) 징역이나 금고의 집행 중에 있는 사람이 행상(行狀)이 양호하여 뉘우침이 뚜렷한 때에는 무기형은 20년, 유기형은 형기의 3분의 1이 지난 후 행정처분으로 가석방을 할 수 있다. (형법 제72조제1항)

Behördenärger, Privatisierung

Behördenpost kommt bei mir regelmäßig nicht an, wenn sie mit PIN AG verschickt wird.
Beim Finanzamt wurde mir sogar fälschlich ein Umzug unterstellt. Glaubt mir: Man will nicht, dass Behörden denken, man sei ungemeldet klammheimlich weg gezogen…
Meine dummdreiste Beschwerde sende ich natürlich nicht der PIN AG sondern als vorsorgliche PSA allen Berliner Behörden mit denen ich am Liebsten gar nichts zu tun haben möchte:
