由前區議員朱江瑋創辦的網購平台「如一」，近年多次受食環署等政府部門關注，他們昨日在網上發文，指星期三關店前，有食環署人門上門巡查，稱收到投訴「我哋嘅賀年食品糕點有問題，食咗肚痛。」
如一稱，對於「投訴」感莫名其妙，因為他們供應的賀年榚點根本未供應現貨，「其實我哋仲係賣緊糕券，得張紙」，「投訴人真是用心良苦，食風都肚痛」
翻查資料，近年如一曾多次因應節食品被相關部門關注，今年中秋前食環署亦曾巡查如一門市，指他們售賣的月餅與營養標籤上標示不符；而去年同由朱江瑋成立的「候鳥」發售的月餅，在首批出貨後，餅盒生產商在大陸的合作廠房被查封，月餅盒被強制銷毀，最終「候鳥」宣布停售月餅。
