今天是侄女出生D25，雖然她還是小小一個，但是比對剛出生一週內的照片一看，又發現她確實長大了。這幾天的侄女已經會「看」了，好像在3週以前，她即使睜眼也看起來很迷茫，眼睛似乎是沒對焦的；現在的她醒著的時間略略多了一些，有了一些醒著但不哭鬧、「目睭金金看」的時刻，那時會覺得她正在觀察這個世界——也許，她終於開始意識到也接受自己「降生」到這個世界來了。
她接下來會愈來愈可愛吧？我和弟妹快樂地講著那些不遠的未來，她可能會變得如何的事，充滿期待。我也很高興弟妹恢復良好；在剛生產完的三天內，她的肚子還沒有縮回去，她還說著不習慣自己當下的身形，但大約在生產完兩週，她的肚子明顯地消了下去，到了本週，即使沒有特別做什麼運動或訓練，在我看來，她的身材已經完全恢復了，穿上外套打條圍巾，站在捷運月台的樣子就像一名少女，如果不認識她，應該完全想像不到她生了一個孩子吧。
現在想起來還是很驚訝弟妹身形的變化，我以前認為女人生產後，身形一定會變得不同，但看來這是因人而異。做月子的中藥有多少功效是一回事，這二十幾天連續高密度地攝取蛋白質（每天600g以上的肉）一定就有差吧。真是太好了。
