In all seriousness, decorum is always used as a way to reinforce an extant power dynamic; it is used vigorously against those on the downside of the relationship, as a specific way to emphasize the disparity.
Policing others' fucking language and demanding that they fucking behave with absolute fucking politeness and - importantly, because this is an explicit part of etiquette and decorum - submission, is a specific technique to ensure that a dominance hierarchy remains in place, and that any objections to it can take place only at the specific, "gracious" permission of the rights-holder for that dynamic.

닭덮밥 메뉴. 덮밥, 닭국물 수프, 깍두기, 콩나물, 부추김치.
평소에 새 식당을 안 가다가, 최근에 주변에서 자주 가는 집인 것 같아 오랜만에 안 가던 식당에 새로 가 보게 되었습니다. 요즘 드문드문 보이는 구성인데, 닭을 기반으로 한 여러 식사를 내는 가게였습니다. 닭개장, 닭덮밥, 닭국밥 등….
꽤 맵다고 표시된(매움 표기 3개) 닭덮밥은 제가 부담없이 먹을 수 있는 걸 봐서는 그렇게 맵지는 않은 것 같습니다. 그럭저럭 맛있게 먹었습니다. 뽀얀 국물은 닭육수 국물인데 감칠맛이 좋았습니다. 콩나물과 김치들도 그럭저럭 좋았고요.
주문을 위해서는 그다지 넓지 않은 가게의 안쪽 결제기기까지 가야 하는게 살짝 귀찮긴 했는데, 무난하게 점심을 먹을 수 있는 가게였습니다. 최강금돈까스 윗층에 있는 식당이라 대충 돈까스 먹고 싶었는데 사람이 너무 많으면 Plan B로도 나쁘지 않을지도 모르겠습니다.
