한국 서비스들 중에 고객상담센터는 왜 무조건 1588 같은 특수번호를 사용할까?

외국에서 전화하려면 이 번호로 전화하기 보다 그냥 일반 전화번호를 쓰면 추가 국제전화 요금 없이도 가능한데, 이런거 하나하나 보고 있으면 아직 세계화가 멀었다는 것 같음.

심지어 중국 항공사 같은 경우도 로컬 번호를 따로 둬서 외국인 고객들은 그쪽으로 안내함.
