노란 우체통이 3일 충남도청 지하1층에서 1층으로 올라가는 계단 옆에 등장했다. 노란 우체통 이름은 ‘온기우편함’이다. 충남도는 도민이 고민을 안전하게 표현하고 따뜻한 위로를 받을 수 있는 온기우편함을 설치·운영한다고 밝혔다. 온기우편함은 지역맞춤형 자살예방사업이다.

🚨 HORRIBLE: Israeli troops demolished the Morag Water Station in Rafah southern Gaza Strip yesterday, a facility that supplied water to nearly one-third of the city’s residents before the war.

The station, inaugurated in 2010 with support from the Turkish Red Crescent @Kizilay , served around 70,000 civilians. In February 2025, @Oxfam and Gaza’s water utility had conducted a site visit to assess urgent repairs as part of rehabilitation efforts.

Soldiers reportedly shared images of the explosion with sarcastic captions.
