這幾年開始在幫人做成人依附訪談，協助他人重新認識自己，看見自己的過去經驗如何型塑出現在的自己。然後一起思考如果不想要繼續這樣，那可以怎麼做。
其中有一個朋友是這樣的。他過去在人際關係上常常遇到挫折，跟朋友建立起友好關係之後常常會接著發生對方跟自己漸行漸遠的情況。他不知道是怎麼回事。
我問他以前發生這樣的事情時會怎麼做。他說會回去跟家人說。
「那家人會怎麼協助你？」
「家人會說，不要跟朋友太親密，太靠近。你註定要受傷的。」
？？？這種協助很明顯沒有幫上忙。
於是我追問：「這位協助你的家人，他的人際關係如何？他有很多朋友嗎？他是個很懂得如何跟朋友維繫關係的人嗎？」
「恩.. 他好像也沒什麼朋友。」
「如果他自己也不是很擅長人際關係，那你認為他的意見有多少值得參考的價值？」
朋友陷入深思。
很多時候，我們很容易給出一些建議，提供自己的意見。但我們真的有想過自己的建議跟意見，有多少參考價值嗎？
因為工作的關係，我很常提出我的意見、看法，甚至是建議。但現在我學會了跟對方說：這只是我個人的意見或看法，如果你覺得有幫助，值得參考，那就拿去用。如果你認為沒有價值，那就丟掉。

And honestly, that violates the spirit of the Olympics.
