운동생리학적으로 몇 가지 정리를 더 해보면...
근육이 작동하려면 단순히 ATP만 있어서 되는게 아니에요. 근신경이 먼저 작동해야 합니다. 그런데 근신경을 포함한 모든 신경은 거의 순수하게 당분을 에너지원으로 씁니다.
혈당이 적당히 준비가 되고 인슐린이 돌때 근신경의 효율이 좋아진단 소리죠.
문제는 운동 전 탄수 섭취는 2가지 문제가 있어요. 1. 소화로 인해 운동에 지장을 줘선 안 된다 2. 인슐린 네거티브 피드백으로 인한 혈당 저하를 막아야 한다.
그래서 딱 절묘한 양이 필요합니다. 그 양이 체중 kg당 0.5g입니다.

The fact that there are other cameras around doesn't mean that more cameras or additional scanning is not making things even worse.
If we do not refuse,
if we do not fight for our privacy rights,
we will lose them all.
