여러 이유가 있지만 가장 큰 이유는 “스마트폰 카메라의 평준화”. 아이폰이나 갤럭시나 서로가 서로의 프로세싱 스타일을 따라하면서 다들 찍는 사진이 거기서 거기가 돼 버렸고, 개성을 찾아 레트로 디카로 돌아서기 시작한 것.
물론 말씀하신대로 라이트룸으로 보정해도 된다. 하지만 (방대한 RAW 사진 데이터베이스 때문에 고민인 사람으로서 하는 말) 그건 일반인들에게는 “엄청난” 귀차니즘이다. 후지필름의 필름 시뮬레이션이 괜히 먹히는 게 아니다. 문제는 후지 카메라 가격은 최소 150은 잡아야 한다. 요즘 이 트렌드 때문에 중고가가 뛰기 시작했다지만 후지의 1/5 가격이다.
... 아 그리고 최종적으로, 일반인들은 절대적 화질에 생각보다 신경을 안 쓴다. 심지어 몇몇 사람들은 피부 잡티가 찍힌다며 스마트폰의 전면 카메라 화질이 올라가는 것도 싫어하는 마당이니. (...)

경기도는 '부동산수사TF팀'을 발족해 하남과 성남, 용인 등지에서 불법 가격 담합 등을 한 주민들을 적발했다고 밝혔습니다.
경기도에 따르면, 하남시의 한 아파트 단지 주민 179명은 익명 카카오톡 오픈채팅방을 개설해 10억 원 이하로 매물을 팔지 못하게끔 담합했습니다.
이들은 10억 원 이하로 나온 매물을 소개하는 공인중개사무소는 '허위 매물 취급 업소'라며 포털사이트에 신고하고, 하남시청에 집단 민원을 제기했습니다.

The unofficial rust chat room had to be restart three times over the two years i've been in it because at some points matrix dot org went offline/became laggy, then came back online, and the state resolution between events that m.org didn't have and those from m.org shat itself, and the room state split in half 🙃 very serious social media platform with a lot of funding btw
(i also have several of these empty rooms! and one spam room i was invited in that i cannot refuse the invite for, despite the room no longer existing, and me not being in it. Fun!)
